Mercy Me – With Lyrics

by patsfeir

“The Lord reigns, let the peoples tremble with submissive wonder!  He sits enthroned above the cherubim, let the earth shake!  The Lord is great in Zion, And He is exalted and magnified above all the peoples.  Let them reverently praise Your great and awesome name; Holy is He.

“The strength of the King loves justice and righteous judgment; you have established fairness; you have executed justice and righteousness in Jacob (Israel).  Exalt the Lord our God and worship at His footstool’ holy is He.” Psalm 99:1-5

“This is the message of God’s promised revelation which we have heard from Him and now announce to you, that God is Light, He is holy, His message is truthful, He is perfect in righteousness, and in Him there is no darkness at all no sin, no wickedness, no imperfection.” I John 1:5

“There seems to be a growing indifference to sin even among Christians today, and people think that just because God is a God of love that He does not know the difference between right and wrong.  How far from true!  It takes a full realisation of God’s holiness to convict us of our sin.  Holy means ‘without sin.[1]’”

Who could stand in His presence?  Who would dare speak a word of excuse.  Tears in the presence of His glory for His compassion will be all there will be as we realise what God’s love means for those who will depend and trust on His sacrifice for our sakes.

Take care with love, especially His, Darlene (who still prays for you each day)
