the way of the Lord, make His paths straight!’” Mark 1:1-2 (1 hour 32 mins. New International Version (NIV) Read by David

Assignment
1. Find
a place where you will not be interrupted for at least two hours.
2. Gather
your Bible, be able to access and listen to one of the Gospel video links above,
have your notebook, a writing implement and refreshments.
3. Settle
your heart and pray you will discover something new.
4. Then
choose one of the Gospel books. Open
your Bible to it and listen to the corresponding video as you read your choice
of books.
5. Although
it will take you some time, enjoy the experience and make note of anything the
Lord shows you through the reading.
6. When
you have finished (and for some of you it may take more than one sitting) pray
your thanksgiving to your Father for the privilege of having the Word and the
time to attend to it.
Each of the links goes to a different type of reading, but
they are all accurate. The times listed
can help you know how much time to allow.
Each version is worth your time and reading while listening is a way to
remember and ‘see’ it in a new way.
Enjoy!
Take care with love, especially His, Darlene (who still
prays for you each day)
