Diamonds in the Dust with Joni
Eareckson Tada
“’Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for
bread, will instead give him a stone? Or
if he asks for a fish, will instead give him a snake?
“’If you then, evil and sinful by nature, as you are,
know how to give good and advantageous gifts to your children, how much more
will your Father who is gin heaven, p, give what is good and advantageous to
those who keep on asking Him.
“’So then, in everything treat others the same way you
want them to treat you, for this is the essence of the Law and the writings of
the Prophets.’” Matthew 7:7-12 The Amplified Bible
The video today introduces Joni Eareckson Tada and her
thoughts on the way we pray for ourselves. If you have never heard of Joni
before, she is someone who can inspire us all.
In 1967, she was a beautiful, athlete who dove into water for a swim and
her life changed forever.
Today, her ministry offers hope for those who feel they are
hopeless, suffering from an illness or accident, for those who are lonely,
afraid, for those so independent they forgot that sometimes it is a ministry to
just let someone help you. If you can
find a little time, you might want to read a bit more of her story ON THIS LINK.
Take care with love, especially His, Darlene (who still
prays for you each day)

there is an android ‘Goggle
