Together, We MUST

“But as for me, I will watch expectantly for the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation.  My God will hear me.  Do not rejoice over me, O my enemy.  Though I fall I will rise; though I dwell in darkness, the Lord is a light for me.

“I will bear the indignation of the Lord because I have sinned against Him, until He pleads my case and executes justice for me.  He will bring me out to the light, and I will see His righteousness.

“Then my enemy will see, and shame will cover her who said to me, ‘Where is the Lord your God?’  My eyes will look on her; at that time she will be trampled down, like mire of the streets.” Micah 7:7-10

[Jesus teaching]: “’You are the light of the world.  A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.  Nor do men light a lamp, and put it under the peck-measure, but on the lampstand; and it gives light to all who are in the house.

“’Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.’” Matthew 5:14-16

The Light within you, as you live within the Body of Christ, can never be extinguished.  Many have tried and continue to try, but He is King and Ruler of all.  Never, ever fear.  You are never alone!

Take care with love, especially His!  Your servant and friend in Christ, who still prays for you each morning.  Darlene

·        Claudio – In an exhausting and emotional battle with liver cancer.  Pray for his health carers to be compassionate and wise and for Elea, his wife, that she has the extra strength and hope to hold his hand through this.
·        Sue Furbee and husband, Sam – no additional updates but please keep praying for her recovery and for Sam’s care and devotion.  For more information and to make a contribution for the high costs of the procedures visit their GoFundMe page:  https://www.gofundme.com/sue-furbee
·        Buddy & Susan Father, You know their needs as they travel home to the States for their first furlough in over 20 years.  Guard their health and provide travelling mercies and the kindness of Your special angels along their journey.  Bless them with the warmth and welcome that only family and real friends provide!
