Streaming Now or Soon?

"And it will come about in the last days that the mountain of the house of the Lord will be establishes as the chief of the mountains.  It will be raised above the hills, and the people will stream to it.

"And many nations will come and say, 'Come and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord and to the house of the God of Jacob that He may teach us about His ways and that we may walk in His paths.'  For from Zion will go forth the law, even the Word of the Lord from Jerusalem." Micah 4:1-2

In the church there seems to be cycles of teaching.  The teaching of the Second Coming is not as popular today as it once way, but do not for a moment forget that all of this we see around us -- all that we experience -- has a purpose.

First is to grow us into the image of Christ.  Second is that because of our trusting, Christ-like lives, others will be drawn to "stream to Him".  No one knows the timing, but it is always sooner rather than later, but it never seems close enough some times.

Take care with love, especially His!  Your servant and friend in Christ, Darlene
