Knowing the Future

"'And now many nations have been assembled against you who say, 'Let her be polluted, and let our eyes gloat over Zion.'  But they do not know the thoughts of the Lord, and they do not understand His purpose; for He has gathered them like sheaves to the threshing floor.

"'Arise and thresh, daughter of Zion, for your horn I will make iron and your hoofs I will make bronze that you may pulverize many peoples, that you may devote to the Lord their unjust gain and their wealth to the Lord of all the earth.'" Micah 4:11-13

Can you imagine Micah telling the leaders of their future?  Can you imagine what the leaders were thinking?

When my Mom was in the hospital for the last time, she made a statement that was so important.  It was that if she had known the future, she would have taken better care of her body.

God has told us our future; personal future and the future of this amazing world He created for us.  What might you do different today, knowing of His love for you and those around you and the plans He has for our world?

Take care with love, especially His!  Your servant and friend in Christ, Darlene
