“For I know that the Lord is great, and that our Lord is above all gods. Whatever the Lord pleases, He does, in heaven and in earth, in the seas and in all deeps. He causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth; who makes lightenings for the rain; who brings forth the wind from His treasuries.” Psalm 135:5-7

I love verses that remind me of how great and all powerful and sovereign our Lord is. Nice to read that passage again. Let’s try to work harder at keeping this world in perspective.

PS: Carla’s is preparing to go home to Jamaica for her father’s funeral and to be with her mom, who may now be going home from the hospital early to be with the family. Pray for the entire family and Carla as she travels. Continue to pray for David and Adrian with ongoing health battles; and for Adrian’s uncle who is growing older and more tired. Pray for Wray Horton who recently lost his nephew in an air crash.
