"He
has told you, O man, what is good: And what
does the Lord require of you but to do justice, to love kindness and to walk humbly
with your God. The voice of the Lord will
call to the city -- and it is sound wisdom to fear Thy name: 'Hear, O tribe. Who has appointed its time?'" Micah
6:8-9
People try all kinds of ways to please God, but God has a simple formula:
He wants us to be fair, just and merciful
and to walk humbly with Him. Only those who
obey God because they WANT to please Him live in proper relationship with Him...even
through the dark and difficult times.
Take care with love, especially His! Your servant and friend in Christ,
Darlene
