wickedness of man was great on the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts
of his heart was only evil continually.
And the Lord was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was
grieved in His heart. And the Lord said,
'I will blot out man whom I have created from the face of the land, from man to
animals to creeping things and to birds of the sky, for I am sorry I have made
them.'" Genesis 6:5-7
When I was a child, whenever it rained, I imagined God was in His
heaven crying for some reason. I used to
try to figure out why and would "talk to God" to try to comfort Him,
because it made me sad. Perhaps all His
tears at this time, became the great flood -- I wonder how many tears He is
holding back now.

that her hurting heart is soothed by the Father as He brings about the result
that is His will.
