Not Patience!

“Therefore having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through out Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have obtained our introduction by faith into this grace in which we stand; and we exult in hope of the glory of God.

“And not only this, but we also exult in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance, and perseverance, proven character, and proven character, hope; and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

“For while we were still helpless, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly.  For one will hardly die for a righteous man; though perhaps for the good man someone would dater even to die.  But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”  Romans 5:1-8

“Our peace is threatened when we are concerned about what is happening to us now.  Once we are beyond and are able to look back in retrospect, we can see things in a different light.  It is patience that helps us to see beyond the present and to wait!  Interestingly, it is difficulties that teach us to BE patient.”*

The tapestry of the world and life could easily be considered the most uncomprehensible unless we compare this tapestry with the tapestry of our lives.  Even the seemingly most impossible situations we find ourselves in, always work out to our Father’s perfect plan to grow us more into the image of His beloved Son, Jesus Christ!

Take care with love, especially His!  Your servant and friend in Christ, Darlene
