YouTube ‘Matthew 24 Summary in 5 Minutes – Quick Bible
Study
By 2BeLikeChrist
“And Jesus answered and said to them, ‘See to it that no
one misleads you, for many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and
will mislead many. You will be hearing
of wars and rumours of wars. Se that you
are not frightened, for those things must take place, but that is not yet the
end.” Matthew 24:4-6
“And in the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness;
for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes
for us with groanings too deep for words; and He who searches the hearts knows
what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to
the will of God.
“And we know that God causes all things to work together
for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His
purpose. Romans 8:26-28
Assignment
1. Set
aside an hour and find a place where you will not be interrupted.
2. Bring
your Bible, notebook, something to write with and a refreshment.
3. Quiet
your heart and pray that the Holy Spirit will give you peace as you read and
consider the future.
4. Read
Matthew 24:1-14.
5. Open
your notebook and date a fresh page. As
you read the passage, list from one to ten the signs of the coming future that
Jesus calls out in these verses?
6. Put
a star by the ones that seem to have happened in the past already and a cross
by the ones that do not seem to have been fulfilled yet.
7. Considering
the verse Matthew 24:14, pray the Lord shows you ways you can be part of His
plan and write them in your notebook.
Take care with love, especially His, Darlene (who still
prays for you daily)
