‘Jonny Diaz – Joy (Lyric Video)’

“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.” Deuteronomy 6:5

“And He said to him, ‘’You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’’” Matthew 22:37

“Jesus answered, ‘The foremost is, ‘’Hear, O Israel!  The Lord our God is one Lord; and you shall love the Lord your God with all Your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.’  The second is this, ‘’You shall love your neighbour as yourself.’  There is no other commandment greater than these.’” Mark 12:29-31

“And a lawyer stood up and put Him to the test, saying, ‘Teacher, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?’  And He said to him, ‘What is written in the Law?  How does it read to you?’  And he answered,

"‘’You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbour as yourself.’’  And He said to him, ‘You have answered correctly; do this and you will live.’” Luke 10:25-27

In the fly leaf of my Mom’s Bible was a little reminder of what our lives in Christ were to be about.  It was to keep this priority in mind throughout your life:

                              J = Jesus

                              O = Others

                              Y = Yourself

The secret to joy is how you love!  Isn’t that neat!

Take care with love, especially His, Darlene (who still prays for you each day)
