God's Love letter for you...(worth watching)
“’Remember my affliction and my wandering, the wormwood
and bitterness. Surely my soul remembers
and is bowed down within me. This I
recall to my mind. Therefore, I have
hope. The Lord’s lovingkindnesses never
cease. For His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is Thy
faithfulness.
“’The Lord is my portion,’ says my soul, therefore I have
hope in Him.’ The Lord is good to those
who wait for Him, to the person ho seeks Him.
It is good that he waits silently for the salvation of the Lord. It is good for a man that he should bear the
yoke in his youth.
“’Let him sit alone and be silent since He has laid it on
him. Let him put his mouth in the dust,
perhaps there is hope. Let him who gives
his cheek to the smiter; let him be filled with reproach. For the Lord will not reject forever, for if
He causes grief, then He will have compassion according to the abundant
lovingkindness.’” Lamentations 3:19-32
Lovers quarrel. I
suppose that is an oxymoron – a pairing of words that just do not fit together …
and yet, somehow. they do. From the
beginning, God’s love for His children went through so many changes -- a
heavenly roller coaster with God seeming to be weeping tears of love and tears
of anger.
From Creation, His children rebelled and kept rebelling. God’s love reached out again and again until
He could bear it no longer and Noah was the remnant saved to start the cycle
over again. The entire Old Testament is
a tribute to the patience and love God has for His children.
Can you imagine God throwing up His hands and asking, ‘What
MORE can I do!!’. God was omnipotent but
had also created and allowed freedom in His children.
Human beings are like nothing else in nature, God has chosen
not to control them. Yet, He cannot simply
thrust them aside either; He cannot get humanity out of His mind – His love drove
Him to the only way left to bridge the gap – the sacrifice of His one and only,
beloved Son, Jesus Christ. How beautiful
and perfect is God’s love for you and me!
Take care, your servant and friend in Christ, Darlene (who
prays for you each morning).

USA President
Donald Trump – As Christians it
is our responsibility to pray for our leaders and know that God has a plan for
the USA through this man. If you doubt
the importance of his appointment, just look at the baseless antagonism against
him. Surely Satan is NOT happy and means to thwart God’s plan. Pray someone helps President Trump and Melania to understand the true meaning of a
personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Pray they will both have an insatiable hunger to read God’s Word for
themselves. Pray God sends a
Bible-Believing Christian to regularly disciple them in the Truth. Pray God shuts the mouths of the false

Pray for those in full-time service
During this time, when the entire world is struggling to understand this new ‘plague’, it is critical for us to uphold our Christian leaders. They will be needed everywhere. Pray for their wisdom, safety, ingenuity, strength and for their families.
Pray for those with ongoing health concerns
Many of us have family, friends and loved ones who are fragile health wise. It is important to protect them in practical ways and most important we must pray even more for them that the Lord will have mercy on them during this challenging time.
