Capricious? No!

"'What shall I say?  For He has spoken to me, and He Himself has done it; I shall wander about all my years because of the bitterness of my soul.   O Lord, by these things men live; and in all these is the life of my spirit; O restore me to health, and let me live!  Lo, for my own welfare I had great bitterness; Thou who has kept my soul from the pit of nothingness, for Thou hast cast all my sins behind Thy back.'" Isaiah 38:15-17

"For if He causes grief, then He will have compassion according to His abundant lovingkindness.  For He does not afflict willingly, or grieve the sons of men." Lamentations 3:32-33

"Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God!  How unsearchable are His judgments and unfathomable His ways!  For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who became His counselor?  Or who has first given to Him that it might be paid back to Him again?  For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things.  To Him be the glory forever.  Amen." "Romans 11:33-36

"God does not exercise His sovereignty capriciously, but only in such a way as His infinite love deems best for us.

Just read those words of His again...He had them written just for you today!

Take care with love, especially His!  Your servant and friend in Christ, Darlene
