"'For
God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son that whoever
believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not send the Son into the world
to judge the world, but that the whole world should be saved through Him. He who believes in Him is not judged; he who
does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the
name of the only begotten Son of God.'" John 3:16-18
"Gut
God being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even
when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by
grace you have been saved), and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him
in the heavenly places, in Christ Jesus, in order that in the ages to come He
might show the surpassing riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ
Jesus.
"For
by Grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is
the gift of God; not as a result of works , that no one should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ
Jesus for good works which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in
them." Ephesians
2:4-10
"I
thank my God always concerning you, for the grace of God which was given you in
Christ Jesus, that in everything you were enriched in Him, in all speech and
all knowledge, even as the testimony concerning Christ was confirmed in you, so
that you are not lacking in any gift, awaiting eagerly the revelation of our
Lord Jesus Christ, who shall also confirm you in the end, blameless in the day
of our Lord Jesus Christ.." I Corinthians 4:1-8
"For
while we were still helpless at the right time Christ died for the
ungodly. For one will hardly die for a
righteous man;' though perhaps for the good man someone would dare even to
die. But God demonstrates His own love
toward us, in that while we were YET sinners, Christ died for us."
Romans 5:6-8
"In
this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to
be the propitiation (full and perfect payment) for our sins." I
John 4:10
"And
the witness is this that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His
Son. He who has the Son has the life; he
who does not have the Son of God does not have the life." I
John 5:11-12
"For
I know the plans that I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and
not for calamity to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and come and pray
to Me, and I will listen to you. and you
will seek Me, and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart."
Jeremiah 29:11-13
Happy
Thanksgiving to every one of you who is here to ensure that my relationship and
my walk with my loving, heavenly Father is guided, protected and
encouraged. That I have the strength to
love and support others as I walk or crawl; and that when I am so exhausted
from fear and tears that you are here to hold me and love me through my own
failings and weaknesses. You know who
you are! Thank you!
Take
care with love, especially His! Your
servant and friend in Christ, Darlene
