Personal Notes - Psalm 139:113

“For Thou didst form my inward parts; Thou didst weave me in my mother’s womb.”

“On the contrary, who are you, O man, who answers back to God? The thing moulded will not say to the moulder, ‘Why did you make me like this,’ will it? Or does not the potter have a right over the clay, to make from the same lump one vessel for honourable use, and another for common use?” Romans 9:20-21

“’For this reason I say to you, do not be anxious for your life, as to what you shall eat, or what you shall drink; nor for your body, as to what you shall put on. Is not life more than food, and the body than clothing? – And which of you by being anxious can add a single cubit to his life’s span?” Matthew 6:25, 27

“’But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Therefore do not fear; you are of more value than many sparrows.’” Matthew 10:31

God don’t make no junk! Right this moment look at your hand. At the back. See the pattern of your skin, the colour and texture, the way the veins are all ordered, the knuckles of your fingers? Open and close your hand. Turn your hand over. See all those lines? No one in the world has the same markings on their hands! (The Lord knows every part of every one of the 6,675,893,688 people in the world (at 7:22AM Sydney time)). He knows your inward parts – heart and brain, thinking and feeling. Even the feelings of great emptiness for your Father and His love for you that drove you to Him. Most of all, He did WEAVE you – you are handmade in every detail!
