Creation Sings - Stuart Townend
“In the beginning God created the heavens and the
earth. And the earth was formless and
void, and the darkness was over the surface of the deep; and the Spirit of God
was moving over the surface of the waters.
“Then God said, ‘Let there be light’, and there was light.
"And God saw that the light was good; and God
separated the light from the darkness.
And God called the light day, and the darkness He called night. And there was evening and there was morning,
one day.” Genesis 1:1-5
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with
God, and the Word was God. He was in the
beginning with God. All things came into
being by Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into
being. In Him was life, and the life was
the light of men. And the light shines
in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.” John 1:1-5
God created the universe and all that is in it. To do this, He invented the media as He went
along. He called into being what had
never existed before – only in His imagination.
Along with every choice He made, came a limitation.
He chose a world of time and space a ‘medium with peculiar
restrictions. First, this happens, then
that happens as a result. Then, yet
something else happens.
God, who sees future, past and present at the same time, for
example choose for us to live in sequential time. His choice itself imposes limits we have
lived with ever since. That is the
meaning of the term ‘zim-sum’ – a term Hasidic scholars use for God’s
self-limitation.
This order, these objects, all created in this way or that was
created in a way that would allow every individual the opportunity to come to
the Cross and live a life of life of joy, trust and eternal life.
Take care, your servant and friend in Christ, Darlene (who
prays for you each morning).

USA President
Donald Trump – As Christians it
is our responsibility to pray for our leaders and know that God has a plan for
the USA through this man. If you doubt
the importance of his appointment, just look at the baseless antagonism against
him. Surely Satan is NOT happy and means to thwart God’s plan. Pray someone helps President Trump and Melania to understand the true meaning of a
personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Pray they will both have an insatiable hunger to read God’s Word for
themselves. Pray God sends a
Bible-Believing Christian to regularly disciple them in the Truth. Pray God shuts the mouths of the false
prophets who regularly circle around them.
