Personal?!

“Even before there is a word on my tongue, behold, O Lord, Thou dost know it all. “True Atheists do not, I presume, feel disappointed in God. They expect nothing and receive nothing. But those who commit their lives to God, no matter what, instinctively expect something in return. Are these expectations wrong?” * Our world is focused on right/wrong, black/white, hit/miss, and these permeate our minds then hearts from the time we learn the meaning of our first “no”. Yet God is God and His promises stand there for us, but His purpose for our lives is to form our hearts into the image of His Son’s. And sometimes that makes no sense to us or those around us as we experience or watch someone go through God’s hand in another’s life. That is why it is a PERSONAL relationship and a PERSONAL call. YOU are special to the Father and His plan for YOUR life is unique.

“But we all, with unveiled face beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord the Spirit.” II Corinthians 3:18
