Please pray for MacArthur
By Heart of Worship Channel (3 min 8 sec)
“Now it came about in the course of those many days that
the king of Egypt died. And the sons of
Israel sighed because of the bondage, and they cried out and their cry for help
because of their bondage rose up to God.
So God heard their groanings and God remembered His covenant with
Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. God saw the
sons of Israel, and God took notice of them.” Exodus 2:23-25
“But do not let this one fact escape your notice,
beloved, that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand
years like one day. The Lord is not slow
about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not
wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.” II Peter
3:8-9
There are times when we long for a quick and easy answer to
our prayers and God seems not to be paying attention. But God never misses a thing. He knows what is waiting around every
corner. He manages our situations for
our good and His glory.
Of course, trusting is difficult but focusing on what we
know of our heavenly Father -- rather on our heartache, pain and confusion -- helps
build our trust as we purpose to hand over our request to Him.
Take care with love, especially His, Darlene (who still
prays for you daily)
