"Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature;
the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.
"Now all these things are from God, who
reconciled us to Himself through Christ, and gave us the ministry of
reconciliation, namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to
Himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us
the word of reconciliation.
"Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God
were entreating through us. We beg you
on behalf of Christ, to be reconciled to God.
He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, that we might
become the righteousness of God IN Him." II Corinthians 5:17-21
"Here then is another weapon of truth that we should store
up in our hearts to use against our doubts and the temptation to question God's
love for us.
"God's love to us cannot fail any more than His love to
Christ can fail. We must learn to see
our adversities in relation to our union with Christ.
"God does not deal with us, so to speak, 'free standing'
individuals. He does deal with us
individually, but as individuals UNITED to Christ."*
What a perfect way to end this week...to see ourselves as God
sees us!
Take care with love, especially His! Your servant and friend in Christ, Darlene

remembering us (new ministry in Hong Kong).
We surely appreciate prayers for God's leading and protection. It's no surprise that the enemy doesn't like
